1 Free Trial Period
- New users receive a 7-day free trial to explore all features
- No credit card required for free trial
- Cancel anytime during the trial at no cost
2 Subscription Cancellation
How to Cancel
- 1 Log in to your MedEnglish Coach account
- 2 Go to Profile → Subscription Settings
- 3 Click "Cancel Subscription"
- 4 Confirm your cancellation

3 Refund Policy
✅ Full Refund Eligible
- • Within 7 days of first payment
- • Technical issues preventing access
- • Accidental duplicate charges
- • Service not as described
⚠️ Pro-rata Refund
- • 8-30 days after payment
- • Based on unused subscription period
- • Annual plans only
❌ No Refund
- • After 30 days of payment
- • If account was suspended for policy violations
- • Monthly subscription after billing cycle ends
